DEI = Didn't Earn It, at its basis DEI is racist just like Affirmative Action. As a person born in Vietnam and naturalized to US oh yeah I happen to be Gay too. I believe for higher education it should be earned and not by the color of our skin or sexual preference. Being black, Asian, Gay etc are things we can not control. We can control our grades in school which happen to have nothing to do with the color of our skin or who we sleep with.
